Justin's "forge" Meta system user (created 2026-07-13) already has full permissions (analyze, manage) on the Gus the Bass Facebook Page, and the linked @gus_the_bass Instagram account (704k followers, 499 posts) is readable through the same token, including per-post insights (views, reach, likes, saves, average watch time). Token scopes: instagram_manage_insights, pages_read_engagement, read_insights. Token never expires (system user), no refresh flow needed. Credentials live in ~/.forge-secrets/meta.env.

Why: Verified live 2026-07-15 while scoping CreatorTrack's social-data-layer expansion to Instagram/Facebook. Confirms the 2026-07-13 decision to prototype against Justin's own data via the system user before building real per-user OAuth.

How to apply: Before building any Meta/Instagram/Facebook ingestion feature for Gus the Bass, check ~/.forge-secrets/meta.env first rather than assuming a new Meta app or OAuth flow is required. TikTok remains the only platform gap (no credentials exist; requires a developers.tiktok.com app, and even then no watch-time data without the Business tier audit).
