The Gus Workspace (gusthebass.com) now has full super-admin API access: [email protected] authorized with Directory + Groups Settings scopes under a new gus account profile in forge_google_user.py (alongside personal/business). Actual org state: [email protected] (super admin, aliases hi@, deals@, partnerships@ all routing to Justin), [email protected] (regular user, no aliases), no groups previously existed.

Created [email protected] as a shared Google Group: Justin = OWNER, Michael = MEMBER, external posting opened (so SOSDirect/IRS/bank verification mail won't bounce, since Groups reject external senders by default). This group is meant to be the LLC's admin contact address for the Texas Registered Agent -> Form 205 -> EIN filing sequence.

New reusable tool: scripts/forge_google_workspace_admin.py (users/groups/members/aliases/external-posting), registered at reference_google_workspace_admin_tool.

Why: Michael co-manages Gus brands with Justin ([[user_michael_gus_brands_comanager]]); the LLC formation needs a shared admin identity that survives beyond Justin's personal inbox.

How to apply: When resuming the Gus LLC formation (Registered Agent, Form 205, EIN, admin@ password/login setup), this group and tool already exist, don't recreate them. [email protected] equivalent group is still pending as of 2026-07-15.
