shopnovadesign.com (Nova): retire fully. Winding down. Cloudflare free-forward (admin@ + justin@) + Takeout archive + forge_mbox_to_gmail import + cancel seat.
sipnservesociety.com: retire fully. Forward to Krystal's inbox + archive + cancel.
gusoutdoor.co: fold into hub. Shared biz with Michael; addresses stay live as alias/Group. Cancel separate seat.
gusthebass.com: fold into hub. Becomes Michael's seat on the hub.

Why: Multiple brands on separate Workspace plans is ~$70/mo for what collapses to 2 real users.

How to apply: Nova is in progress (Takeout downloaded 2026-06-08, 6 zips). Next steps: (1) user scp's zips to /mnt/storage/forge-archive/shop-nova-design-takeout-2026-06-08/, (2) extract mbox, (3) forge_mbox_to_gmail import into [email protected] under Nova label (needs IMAP enabled + app password), (4) set up Cloudflare email routing forwards (CF token lacks Email Routing scope; user may need to add it or do it in CF dashboard), (5) cancel Nova seat. Drive offload also needed before cancel. Remaining domains follow same pattern.
