Project link in bio program

Justin approved a master plan (memory/plans/affiliate-click-foundation-2026-07-08.md) covering the full affiliate/creator stack for Gus, not just a single phase. Key architectural decisions:

  • The CreatorTrack (forge-suite) app is named Link In Bio (app id link-in-bio, route /link-in-bio), internal DB namespace stays links.*.
  • Access split is load-bearing: Michael only ever touches the Link In Bio and Storefront modules (Gus-scoped) inside CreatorTrack. The actual brand websites (gusthebass.com, justinwieb.com) are hand-built by Claude+Justin and deployed to Cloudflare Pages — separate from CreatorTrack, NOT Michael-accessible.
  • Public-facing surfaces (bio page, /r/<id> click-tracking Worker, /c email-capture Worker) live entirely on Cloudflare edge (Pages + Workers + D1 + KV), so a home/Console outage never takes down the money page or loses a click. CreatorTrack on Console is only editor + reporting + Mautic sync; syncs catch up idempotently when home returns.
  • Roadmap: Phase 1 Link In Bio foundation (CF D1/KV/Workers, CT schema+editor) → 2 Storefront → 3 brand sites (Claude-built) → 4 analytics+commissions (PostHog/Affilimate/Dub) → 5 justinwieb.com clone → 6 Discord → 7 course/paywall/payments (Whop/Stripe) → 8 Dub/QR.
  • Blocker as of 2026-07-08: existing Cloudflare API token (~/.forge-secrets/cloudflare.env) is scoped for DNS/tunnels only, lacks Workers/D1/KV/Pages permissions — Justin needs to create a new token forge-workers-links-edge via dashboard.

Why: Justin corrected an initial phase-1-only plan, insisting on capturing the full 11-layer stack (bio page, link tracking via Dub, affiliate networks, analytics, email/Mautic, CRM, community/Discord, course/paywall, payments) as one master doc, and explicitly drew the Michael-access boundary between CT (Michael-editable) and brand websites (Claude-only). How to apply: Any future work on Gus/justinwieb.com affiliate infra should reference this plan and respect the CT-vs-hand-built-site access boundary; don't let Michael get access to gusthebass.com/justinwieb.com site code or hosting.
