Reference creatortrack posthog analytics

PostHog Cloud analytics is instrumented on CreatorTrack prod (merged e992a07, deployed 2026-07-07).

Setup: - Project: "Creator Track", id 502421 at us.posthog.com - Ingestion key (POSTHOG_KEY/POSTHOG_HOST, write-only) at ~/.forge-secrets/creatortrack-auth.env, read server-side at runtime (not build-time inlined, so dev slots without the key capture nothing) - Personal API key (dashboard/insight write scope) at ~/.forge-secrets/posthog.env (600) - Dashboard "CreatorTrack Overview": https://us.posthog.com/project/502421/dashboard/1813862 — 8 tiles (DAU, WAU/MAU, pageviews, top pages, sessions, median session duration, weekly retention, active users by workspace), all filtered to env: prod so dev-slot noise never pollutes them - /admin on app.creatortrack.ai has a Behavior ↗ tab that deep-links to this dashboard

Why: PostHog only counts users seen since instrumentation went live; it's the behavioral layer. /admin Platform tab reads Postgres directly and is the authoritative registered-user count. They complement, not duplicate.

How to apply: For CreatorTrack usage/analytics questions, check the PostHog dashboard for behavior (active users, retention, session data) and native /admin for exact registered-user counts. To add/modify insights, use the stored personal API key rather than asking Justin for a new one.
