Reference vector gpu corrected 5080

Vector's discrete GPU is an RTX 5080 (16GB VRAM), not the RTX 5070 (12GB) previously recorded in the hardware spec doc.

Confirmed via live nvidia-smi output during a 2026-06-12 SSH session. The spec doc was pre-purchase research from Feb 2026 and was never updated after the actual build.
