Reference forge cold archive

• Storage: /mnt/storage/forge-archive/ on Finn 24 TB HDD (NFS-mounted on Console)
• Notion index: Forge Archive Index (Life OS to Knowledge DB). Update this when adding a new bucket so the lineage is browseable from phone.
• Forge-side pointer: forge/memory/_archive/README.md, local stub explaining the move
• Bucket convention: <topic>-<YYYY-MM-DD>/ (e.g. agents-pre-cron-2026-04-28/)
• Excluded from: MkDocs nav and /recall semantic index, by design (cold is not active)
