Feedback retired persona name sanitize

When any subagent, archive grep, or codebase scan returns the retired persona name, sanitize it before writing prose output. Use 'the retired persona', 'the retired stack', or 'the retired bot' instead.

Why: Justin's directive is to excise the name completely from forge. Using it in prose (even quoting a subagent result) keeps it alive and violates the Pure Phoenix wipe. Justin explicitly corrected this in session on 2026-04-28 when I let a fork report's phrasing through unchanged.

How to apply: Any time a prose sentence, bullet, or table would include the retired name regardless of source, rewrite using functional descriptions: 'the pre-Phoenix Telegram bot', 'the retired coordinator brain', 'OpenClaw-era components'. This applies even when the raw archive material uses the name. The eval harness and doctrine files may legitimately contain the name as a search anchor; that's the only carved-out exception.
