Project listmonk decommissioned

On 2026-07-08, Listmonk was fully decommissioned from Forge: Docker containers + volume on CT112 removed, /opt/listmonk deleted, Cloudflare DNS record + tunnel ingress rule + Access app for lists.justinsforge.com deleted (media-server tunnel, mautic.justinsforge.com left untouched), ~/.forge-secrets/listmonk.env removed, and infra/listmonk/ repo dir deleted. Confirmed test-data-only first (subscribers were example.com/gmail test addresses, campaigns named "test") before deleting anything.

Why: Listmonk was a false start from the 2026-07-01 multi-brand email plan; Mautic was chosen as the canonical platform instead, so Listmonk was dead weight creating confusion about which system to use.

How to apply: The email/campaign stack is now Mautic (CT112, mautic.justinsforge.com) with Resend as the delivery engine underneath (SMTP + transactional API); see [[reference_forge_mail_mautic]] (updated to state Mautic is the sole platform). Never suggest or reference Listmonk as an active or planned component. Dated historical files (daily logs, old plans, LESSONS.md) still mention Listmonk and were intentionally left as-is since they're historical record, not live docs, except a SUPERSEDED banner added to multi-brand-email-listmonk-resend-2026-07-01.md.
