Reference creatortrack posthog dashboard

Eight tiles (all filtered to env: prod so dev-slot noise never pollutes them): daily active users, weekly/monthly active users, pageviews per day, top pages (30d), sessions per day, median session duration, weekly retention, active users by workspace.

Personal API key (scopes insight:write, dashboard:write) stored at ~/.forge-secrets/posthog.env (600) — use it to add/modify insights. Note this key is distinct from the project ingestion key given earlier.

The /admin Behavior ↗ tab in app.creatortrack.ai deep-links directly into this dashboard.

Split of responsibility: PostHog only counts users seen since instrumentation went live (2026-07-07) — it's the behavioral layer (active users, trends, retention, replay). Native /admin Platform tab reads Postgres directly and is the authoritative exact registry count of all users. Use /admin for "how many total users," PostHog for "who's active and how."
