Project creatortrack prod data wipe 2026 07 03
name: CreatorTrack prod wiped to clean-slate (1 user, ws67 Food/Fitness/Finances only) description: Production lifeos DB wiped 2026-07-03: 6 extra accounts + 5 extra workspaces deleted; ws67 kept only Food Log/Fitness/Finances type: project
On 2026-07-03, CreatorTrack production (app.creatortrack.ai, lifeos DB) was wiped to a clean slate per Justin's explicit three-part confirmation. Full gzip-verified backup taken first at /home/justinwieb/lifeos-prewipe-backup-20260703T144312.sql.gz (all 71 tables, 1.5MB) before any delete.
Result: only [email protected] (user 1) remains, with a single workspace (67, "Justin's Workspace"). The 6 other accounts (Justin&Krystal, Wiebelhaus_Fishing, [email protected], krystalkozawa, michaelwieb03, [email protected]) and their workspaces were deleted entirely, plus Justin's 5 extra workspaces (old "Justin's Worksapce", 2 Template Workspace clones, "nyan cat", "swag"). Workspace 67 now contains only Food Log, Fitness, and Finances app subtrees (11 nodes); finances data is fully intact (8,786 transactions, 62 accounts). All Pages/Notes, Journal, Tasks, Habits, Goals, CRM, Calendar content in ws67 was deleted for a fresh start. Wellness/fitness data isn't workspace-scoped, so it was untouched.
Why: Justin wanted a clean production slate to rebuild pages/tasks/habits fresh, keeping only the three tracking apps with real data (finances, food, fitness).
How to apply: If CreatorTrack shows unexpectedly few users/workspaces or missing Pages/Tasks/Habits/Journal content, this is expected post-wipe state, not data loss. Full restore is possible from the backup file above if something looks wrong. Any future large-scale destructive DB operation on lifeos should follow the same pattern: verify prod is current, take a verified full backup (watch for FORCE-RLS blocking pg_dump on tables like app.api_connections; temporarily lift as owner, redump, re-enable), dry-run in a transaction with rollback, then commit.
