Existing memory (project_email_hub_spoke_architecture.md, reference_michael_email_accounts.md) described the 2-user Gus Workspace as 'decided but not yet implemented.' That's stale as of 2026-07-15. The Workspace is already live: [email protected] = super admin, [email protected] = user, both real mailboxes. Existing role aliases: hi@, deal@, partnership@ (all forward to Justin); only [email protected] is actively used (it's the Link In Bio contact address). No [email protected] exists yet — the plan is to create it as a Google Group (free, no new seat) with justin@ and michael@ as members, to hold shared business logins (SOSDirect, EIN, bank) for the Gus The Bass LLC (see [[gus_the_bass_llc_formation]]).
Why: prevents re-proposing a Workspace buildout that already exists, and keeps the 'pare down email sprawl' goal intact by using free Google Groups instead of new paid seats.
