The META_SYSTEM_USER_TOKEN in ~/.forge-secrets/meta.env is a system-user token (never expires, no refresh flow) that already has full permissions on the Gus the Bass Facebook Page and linked Instagram account (@gus_the_bass, 704k followers), verified live 2026-07-15. It reaches instagram_manage_insights, pages_read_engagement, read_insights scopes, sufficient to pull per-video IG/FB insights (views, reach, likes, saves, average watch time) with zero new Meta app creation, OAuth flow, or app review.

Why: This confirms the 2026-07-13 decision (recorded in project_creatortrack_social_platforms_expansion.md) to prototype Meta ingestion against Justin's own data with the system user before building real per-user OAuth for other CreatorTrack customers. First live test (M1 of the feat/social-meta-ingest phase plan) succeeded against real Graph API with zero fetcher code changes.

How to apply: Any future CreatorTrack work touching IG/FB ingestion for Gus's accounts can skip OAuth entirely and use this system-user token via metaSystemUserEnv() in lib/secrets.ts. Real per-user OAuth is still needed before other CreatorTrack customers can connect their own Meta accounts.
