As of 2026-07-15, every agent that opens a PR (forge or CreatorTrack) is instructed to automatically ping Justin via ~/forge/scripts/forge_notify.sh info "PR ready to merge" "<repo> PR #<n>: <title> — <url>" and then stop, never auto-merge or auto-deploy. This was committed into forge/CLAUDE.md (f8fedf9) and CreatorTrack's AGENTS.md (rode into PR #4, 16df71c), making it durable policy rather than a manually-added instruction per session.

Why: Justin wants merge/deploy decisions to always require his explicit word, and wanted this enforced automatically rather than remembered each time.

How to apply: don't re-propose adding a PR-ready ping step; it's already standing policy in both repos' instruction files. Also confirmed: merging on GitHub does NOT auto-pull to Console — pull and deploy are always separate, explicit steps Justin (or the agent on his say-so) triggers.
