URL migration is Phase 1, first priority. No data loss required in general, but gusthebass link-in-bio public pages specifically must keep working. Other legacy links (Justin's/Michael's) and workspace URLs are allowed to break.
Stripe Connect (transaction fees) is deferred. Build the plan/entitlement control layer per tier now (UI, gating), but don't wire real payment collection/Connect onboarding yet; leave clean integration seams.
Analytics: capture as much as possible now, pare down later (see [[creatortrack_analytics_architecture_split]]).
Privacy/consent commitments are required and need a legal review before launch, not just code review.
Standing process change: AGENTS.md now has a rule (added via PR #6, merged to main at ece5594) that large/multi-phase projects ship as a sequence of independently reviewable PRs, one phase per PR, foundations first, stopping between phases for Justin's merge+deploy; lead integrator owns shared schemas/contracts, starts with read-only audits, delegates only non-overlapping work, two independent reviews per milestone.
