Justin approved a major CreatorTrack expansion (handoff at memory/handoffs/creatortrack-public-platform-pricing-2026-07-15.md): public workspace URLs/custom domains, native analytics with funnel builder + A/B testing, Stripe billing/entitlements/AI credits, and admin/pricing controls. Justin plans to run this with Codex.

Why: This is a first real application of the new GitHub-is-boss + human-gated merge/deploy workflow to a large multi-week project, and it touches Stripe/billing (highest-risk surface run under full-access devfull Codex with no sandbox). Decision made 2026-07-15: ship it as a sequence of independently reviewable/deployable PRs (foundations first: routing/domains, edge/CF, analytics, funnels, Stripe billing, admin), each ending in PR+ping+preview-URL, never one long-lived branch. Test-mode Stripe and staging Cloudflare/D1/KV only; never touch prod Postgres or live Stripe keys.

How to apply: when this project resumes, check whether the 'large/multi-phase work ships as phased PRs' rule was actually promoted into CreatorTrack's AGENTS.md as planned; if so, keep future launch prompts thin (see [[process_split_agents_md_vs_prompt]]).
