Justin's next big CreatorTrack project (public profiles, custom domains, native analytics, funnel builder, Stripe billing/entitlements, admin) was originally scoped by Codex as one giant branch built end-to-end then shipped via /ship. On 2026-07-15 this was reworked to match the new GitHub-is-boss human-gated workflow: 7 sequential phases (foundations -> routing -> Cloudflare edge//_ct (spans creatortrack + forge/infra/links-edge, separate PR per repo) -> native analytics/funnels -> Stripe billing -> admin/pricing -> reconciliation), each landing as its own PR with a dev-slot preview URL, ending in a ping via forge_notify.sh, then STOP for Justin's merge/deploy approval. Explicit safety guardrails were added because Codex now runs full-access/no-sandbox (devfull): Stripe test-mode keys only, cloned Postgres never prod lifeos, staging Cloudflare/D1/KV, disabled real pixels/CAPI, additive migrations run only on the clone.

Why: the project touches live Stripe/Cloudflare secrets reachable by a full-access agent, and a single mega-PR would be unreviewable/undeployable in slices and would drift from main over months.

How to apply: the canonical handoff now lives at ~/forge/memory/handoffs/creatortrack-public-platform-pricing-2026-07-15.md (moved out of the app repo). When this project resumes, use the phased prompt as the starting instructions, not the original single-branch version.
