Built warm spare pool (forge_spawn_pool.sh + forge-spawn-pool.timer): bridgeless pre-warmed Opus spares, /new activates Remote Control on claim (~1s) so idle spares stay invisible in the session list. Committed + pushed (314d9de). Next: optional lean-boot profile (strip chrome/gmail MCP) for faster refills.
