Asked: Plex went down, investigate.
Found: Plex service was never down: UDev had a stale ARP entry mapping 192.168.86.73 to wrong MAC, causing all packets from UDev to plex to go nowhere.
Fixed: sudo ip neigh del 192.168.86.73 dev ens18, plex immediately reachable, web UI responding 302.
Next: N/A, fully resolved. May recur after container restarts if MAC changes.

Asked: File naming/folder organization conventions, date-first naming + video project structure (Assets, Audio, Project, Final).
Decided: Conventions are solid. Suggested swapping Final/ → Exports/ with dated versioned filenames, splitting Footage/ from Assets/, and adding versioning (_v01), an _Inbox/ staging folder, and an _Archive/YYYY/ strategy.

Decided: Text replacement is static so bad for dates, better to use iPhone Shortcuts (one tap → date to clipboard) and a Mac terminal alias d that copies today's date. Text replacement best for static strings.

Decided: Mac = Automator Quick Action (built-in, right-click in Finder). Windows = PowerShell script + registry .reg file for true right-click context menu. Validated the approach, this is standard project hygiene in video/creative work.
