Asked: Reolink camera storage options, AI detection features, and what happens to PoE cameras when selling the house
Decided: Start with Reolink cameras + Micro SD + app (on-camera AI is good enough to start); Frigate on Finn is the upgrade path later
Key insight: Server rack (PoE source) leaves with Justin, new owners would need their own PoE switch ($30-50) but the in-wall ethernet runs are the real value
