Justin asked to fix all robustness issues identified in audit. Done: gluetun healthcheck added to compose (now auto-restarts on VPN drop, shows healthy), shm_size+compose synced to Portainer volume, ntfy health alerts wired into Radarr/Sonarr/Prowlarr (test notification sent). TPB missing from Radarr, root cause was stale Prowlarr ApplicationIndexerMapping row pointing to deleted Radarr indexer ID; cleared from DB, Prowlarr re-synced TPB correctly. All three arrs have both indexers, health clean.
