LifeOS Data Inventory, Justin's Brain Dump

URL: https://mkdocs.justinsforge.com/memory/plans/lifeos-data-inventory-journal-2026-06-15/

Purpose: capture every kind of data that touches my life, so we can design the lifeos Postgres spine (forge-data) around what's real, not what's guessed. Fill in freely. Bullet points, fragments, half-thoughts all fine. No need to be complete in one sitting.

For each domain, loosely answer: - What = the things I'd actually track (the columns, even if I don't think in columns) - Where now = app / file / my head / nowhere - Capture = how it gets recorded (manual, an app, an API, automatic, a bot) - Dream query = what I wish I could ask it, especially questions that cross domains

The big cross-domain questions I most want answered

(These shape how the drawers connect. Examples: "do I spend more on bad-sleep weeks?", "what did I eat on my best workout days?" Write your real ones.)

Where I do NOT want this to reach

(Things that should stay private, or stay as notes/words, or stay in an app I like. Helps draw the boundary.)
